At Best JRJ International LLP, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our premium handcrafted furniture. Your satisfaction is important to us. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms under which returns, refunds, or exchanges may be requested.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged during transit, defective, or not as described.
  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging, tags, and documentation intact.

Note: Customized, made-to-order, or clearance items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at customercare@bestjrjinternational.com with the following:
    • Order number
    • Clear photographs/videos showing the issue
    • A brief description of the problem
  2. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
  3. If approved, we will provide instructions for return shipping or arrange a pickup where applicable.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • Damage caused by improper use or handling
  • Minor variations in texture, color, grain, or finish (as these are natural in handcrafted solid wood items)
  • Delays caused by shipping or customs clearance (outside our control)

4. Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges only:

  • For the same product category (subject to stock availability)
  • If the item received was defective or damaged

To request an exchange, follow the same steps as for a return.


5. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

6. International Orders

Please note:

  • All international sales are final, except in cases of manufacturing defect or transit damage.
  • Return shipping and customs duties (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
